A sign of relief!

A sign of relief! At least we sold it right after interest rake hike was announced and right after another unit in the building are posted for Sale. Otherwise, we might end up of loosing more, should we ask for more.  More is always good, but sometimes, the more we seek, the more we lose.   

We are now at peace and relieved , knowing that there is already  money in place to pay for the down payment in the other house. A classic example that market is always far from being guaranteed.
